- The office is clean, nicely decorated, bright and cheery
- The equipment is state of the art
- The office staff are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and they greet you by name!
- If your appointment is at 10am, you’re in the chair at 10am, not 30-45 minutes later.
- The doctor discusses concerns with you and explains options and treatment in a way that you can understand
- If you have work done other than a routine cleaning, the doctor calls you at home later that day to check on you and leaves his cell number in case you have questions or problems after hours!
- The billing is accurate and timely
- You get free toothbrushes, floss and other goodies, what more could you want?
